This recipe is submitted by Vlada, and offers a quick and easy alternative to those addictive cheese-stuffed mushrooms, which taste so amazing, but are extremely tedious to make. Who’s with me on that? Y’all know you wanna try this:

- 2-3 containers mushrooms
- 1 onion
- Mozzarella, shredded
Vlada says: Chop up the mushrooms and onion, salt to taste. Saute them in butter together until done; put into a baking dish, cover liberally with shredded mozzarella, put in the oven at 375 for 5-10 min (until the cheese melts and gets a little golden brown), and there you are!
