High School Shattered Lives Drunk Driving Demonstration Takes Place on Rainy Monday

According to The Montgomery County Police Reporter, this week’s Shattered Lives (which involved a staged drunk diving accident with fatalities) went on as scheduled despite the rain, making the presentation perhaps even more ominously realistic.

“At 9:30am alarms sounded as fire and EMS rolled into the  mock crash scene at Splendora High School. With all the students outside to watch the presentation directed toward the dangers of drinking and driving, the rain started. However, the program continued as fire fighters cut victims from cars, ambulances were loaded with the injured and body car with deceased victims.”
