Tomball’s 1st Choice Commercial Roofing Expands Service To Texas Triangle

1st Choice Commercial Roofing has announced the expansion of their service area to include the Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas / Fort Worth areas. The Tomball based general contractor will now be offering their storm damage and roof repair services to business and property owners throughout The Texas Triangle.

“Thanks to many regular clients and constant new projects in Greater Houston, our business has grown, and with it our ability to serve a much larger region,” explains Martin Morales, Co-Owner of 1st Choice Commercial Roofing. “Not only are we expanding our services to the Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas / Forth Worth areas, but we’re building a brand new larger headquarters in Tomball.”

After a severe hail storm riddled San Antonio in late May, Morales traveled to meet with business and commercial property owners and inspect their storm damage.

“It’s really important for commercial property owners to get their roofs inspected regularly, and especially following a severe storm,” Morales continued. “Even minor storm damage, if not addressed in a timely manner, can be made worse by wind, rain, and Texas summer heat. We’re getting into July and August now. You want to catch that damage before it grows. Otherwise, you can end up with a leak or mold that will cost you a lot of money, and inconvenience your tenants.”

1st Choice Commercial Roofing comes certified by Versico Roofing Systems, one of the top three roofing manufacturers in the US.

“Our commercial team offers exemplary service as demonstrated by our recent recognition as a Versico Gold Medal Quality Award winner,” says Chris Rochester, Co-Owner. “We’re one of only ten contractors in the entire state of Texas to have earned this award. That speaks volumes to the level of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction we deliver.”
