Large Cow Wanders Through Cypress Restaurant

Cypress children were enthralled Thursday evening when a large cow in a red tee-shirt lumbered through a local fast food restaurant. Several teens snapped selfies with the herbivore. Less bovine-friendly individuals attempted to avoid eye contact. The cow flicked its tail in a laid back manner as it sauntered down the aisles greeting customers. The manager of the Chick-fil-A at Cypress Towne Lake seemed unconcerned by the disruption, and no effort was made to remove the animal.

“I’m afraid of cows,” one four year old admitted. Although, not five minutes later, the girl shyly waved at the creature, prompting it to approach her table. Her younger sister began to cry, at which point the cow moved on to drier pastures.

While the Chick-fil-A off Barker Cypress and Tuckerton does not serve grass, they have been known to discourage the consumption of beef. This policy is believed to be in part what frequently attracts activist cows to their premises.

“I comes heer fer the soshal interakshun,” the cow drawled. “Peepl heer know how to treet a hefer.”

Before ambling back down the isle, the cow ardently exclaimed, “Eat Mor Chikin!”

The cow is a member of The Bovine Union For Tremendus and Totully Obliggatary Rights (BUTTOR). She also has known ties to a Twitter action group dubbed the Eat Mor Chikin Cowz. The slogan, “Eat Mor Chikin!” seems to be their rallying cry.

Upon seeing a photo of a small Cypress tot grinning at the cow, Eat Mor Chikin Cowz tweeted, “That iz the cutest liddle chikin eatr wee hav ever seen.”
