22nd Annual Texas Home & Garden Show Announces Charity Sale

On Saturday, October 21, 10 AM – 7 PM and Sunday, October 22, 11 AM – 5 PM, the 22nd Annual Texas Home & Garden Show will take over 100,000 square feet of NRG Center. The event’s highlight will be the GHBA Remodelers Council Charity Garage Sale, which raises funds for various charity projects. For example, in April, the GHBA Remodelers Council teamed up with HomeAid Houston to renovate two homes for Agape Development. These homes serve as gateway houses for Houston area young men and women.

The 22nd Texas Home & Garden Show will feature thousands of products, services, showcases, and experts. The Remodelers Council Charity Garage Sale will be a DIY lovers dream, featuring 50% to 75% off thousands of items including discontinued and overstock plumbing fixtures, TVs, network items, remotes, speakers, surveillance cameras, cabinets, tile, appliances, hundreds of new Schlage door sets, and much more. 100% of sale proceeds will benefit 2018 Remodelers Council charity renovation projects.

Previous projects have included the Family Time Crisis CenterSonRise ShelterOpen Door Mission, Epiphany Community Health Outreach Services (ECHOS), SIRE Therapeutic Equestrian Center, Santa Mara Hostel, and Habitat for Humanity.
