A brand new Mexican restaurant has opened in Tomball and it’s not your typical cocina. It’s El Kiosko, and it’s a Mexican ice cream shop serving up Mangonadas (a spiced mango fruit drink), Troles (fruit ice), Elotes (cheesy grilled corn on the cob), Jugos Naturales (fresh fruit smoothies), Tostadas and Tortas (the Mexican solution to a sandwich), Nachos (need we explain?) and of course, ice cream a la Mexicana.
